Do you offer benefits to your employees?
Yes, we do! We offer supplemental insurance (AFLAC) policies at 6 months and retirement plans at 1 year.
Do I need experience to apply?
Not necessarily. But we do look for people with a natural aptitude for this type of work. If you don't want to work with your hands, doing a variety of repair and maintenance type work then it's not likely you'll flourish here. Please only apply if you're prepared to learn and take pride in doing quality work.
What type of schedule will i have?
Most of our teams work Monday-Friday with roughly 4 nights on the road. Every now and then we do more as the work demands, but this is usually an exception.
